REFUNDS/ RETURNS

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON ANY ORDERS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

  • Due to products being for personal use of the body and skin. We can not issue any refund or returns. 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Any item that is purchased from us will be secured with bubble wrap and eco friendly packing peanuts. However sometimes the journey to you may not be as smooth as intended. If your package is damaged upon arrival please contact us via email within 24-48 hours of delivery with photo of damaged package so that we may file a claim with the USPS. In the mean time we will work with you to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Once a packaged has been shipped we are not responsible for it being lost or stolen. When placing an order please be sure to verify that all shipping information is correct, doing so would significantly decrease the chance of your package being lost in transit. Once you receive a tracking number and an estimated or scheduled delivery date please keep track of your packages whereabouts. We are not responsible for packages that are unable to be delivered or stolen.
  • If you received the wrong order, please email   within 24-48 hours of delivery with your name and order number and we will work diligently to resolve any issues.
