Shipping policy

DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE SOME DELAYS. WE CURRENTLY USE USPS AS OUR STANDARD SHIPPING PROVIDER FOR ALL ORDERS.

  • NiShaila's accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will generally ship Monday through Friday, excluding major Holidays. 
  • Please always double-check that your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. If you discover that your shipping address is incorrect, email us as soon as possible so it can be updated. Once you receive a shipping notification, the address cannot be changed! Anne's Essential Scents is not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address. 
  • If your package is returned back to us because of an incorrect address, we will be happy to resend the items, but we will not cover the new shipping cost. 

LOCAL DELIVERY / ORDER PICK-UP

  • For LOCAL DELIVERY there is a minimum order of $30. Once order has been placed, delivery will occur within 48 hours Monday - Saturday. There will be no local delivery or order pick-up on Sundays. 

Processing Time

  • It takes 3-5 business days to process all U.S orders.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery time is the time it takes for your order to arrive AFTER you receive a notification that your order has been shipped. Time of arrival is solely up to the courier provider (USPS).
